Protecting Higher Education from Foreign Threats Act

This bill would stop colleges and universities from getting federal money if they employ any teacher who received funds from the Chinese Communist Party while working at the school and teaching students directly. Schools could become eligible for federal funding again by showing the Department of Education that they no longer employ such teachers.
