Rural Broadband Window of Opportunity Act

This bill requires the Federal Communications Commission to handle applications first for certain rural broadband projects in areas that have very short construction seasons, like places with long winters and heavy snowfall. The priority processing would apply to applications for the Rural Digital Opportunity Fund Phase II auction, which works to bring broadband internet service to areas that have some but not complete internet coverage.
