CCP Visa Disclosure Act of 2025

This bill requires people applying for student or exchange visitor visas to tell the government if they have received or will receive money from the Chinese government, the Chinese Communist Party, or organizations controlled by either. If someone gets this type of funding after already receiving their visa, they must inform the Department of Homeland Security and the Department of State. The government can cancel the visa of anyone who fails to follow these disclosure rules.
