Countering Threats and Attacks on Our Judges Act

This bill allows the State Justice Institute — a private, nonprofit organization created by federal law to help improve how state courts work — to use its funds to set up and run a center focused on tracking and responding to threats against judges. The center would serve as a resource for gathering intelligence about these threats.
