Medicare Mental Health Inpatient Equity Act of 2025

This bill would remove the current 190-day lifetime limit on inpatient psychiatric hospital services that Medicare covers. Under current rules, Medicare only pays for up to 190 days of psychiatric hospital care over a person's entire lifetime, but this bill would eliminate that limit.
