Baby Sleep Tax Relief Act

This bill would stop the President from placing tariffs on baby sleep products like cribs, toddler beds, and baby monitors using a law called the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA), which lets the President control trade during a national emergency. Any tariffs on these items that were already put in place under that law would have to be removed. The bill also says the President cannot use other powers to place similar tariffs on these baby sleep products.
