Nuclear Waste Informed Consent Act

This bill stops the Department of Energy from using money from the Nuclear Waste Fund for radioactive waste disposal activities unless they first get written agreements. The agreements must be with the state governor where the waste site would be built, local governments in that area, nearby local governments where the waste would be transported through, and any affected Indian tribes.
