End the Vaccine Carveout Act

This bill changes the rules about suing vaccine makers and the people who give vaccines when someone believes they were hurt by a vaccine. Right now, people who think they were injured by a vaccine usually have to go through a special government program first before they can sue in court, and there are limits on what kinds of claims they can make and how much money they can ask for. This bill removes those requirements and limits, letting people go straight to court if they choose, and it also gets rid of deadlines for filing claims, even for past cases. For COVID-19 vaccines specifically, the bill removes special legal protections that currently prevent manufacturers from being sued directly.
