Baby Hygiene Tax Relief Act

This bill would stop the President from placing tariffs on baby hygiene products like diapers, baby wipes, and baby changing tables using a law called the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA), which lets the President control trade during a national emergency. Any tariffs on these baby items that are already in place under that law would have to be removed. The bill also says the President cannot use other powers to put similar tariffs on these same products.
