Healthy H2O Act

This bill requires the Department of Agriculture to create a program that gives grants to help people in certain rural areas improve their drinking water quality. Homeowners, renters, and licensed child-care facilities that have shown their drinking water contains health contaminants can receive these grants. Nonprofit organizations can also get grants to help people test their water, understand the test results, and reduce contamination.
