Urban Indian Health Parity Act

This bill would make the federal government pay 100% of the costs when Urban Indian organizations provide medical services to people through Medicaid. These organizations receive grants or contracts from the Indian Health Service. Currently, the federal government and states share these costs, but this bill would have the federal government cover all of it for these specific services.
