Educational Toy Tax Relief Act

This bill would stop the President from placing tariffs on certain baby and children's products, like toys for kids under three, baby swings, and educational toys. It uses a specific law called the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA), which gives the President broad power to control trade during a national emergency, and says the President cannot use that law to add tariffs on these items. Any tariffs on these products that were already put in place under that law would have to be removed. The bill also says the President cannot use other powers to put similar tariffs on these same items.
