SHOW UP Act of 2025

This bill requires all executive agencies to go back to using the same telework policies they had on December 31, 2019. Agencies cannot expand their telework programs unless the Office of Personnel Management first certifies that the expanded policies will help the agency's mission and reduce costs. The bill does not apply to the Government Accountability Office.
