Baby Safety Tax Relief Act

This bill would stop the President from using emergency powers to place tariffs on baby safety products like strollers, baby carriers, and car seats coming into the United States. It would also require the President to remove any tariffs on these items that are already in place under those emergency powers. On top of that, the bill would prevent the President from using any other authority to put similar tariffs on these baby safety products.
