Medicaid Bump Act

This bill increases the amount of federal money that states get to help pay for Medicaid behavioral health services that cost more than they did in March 2019. The federal government will decide which specific services qualify for this extra funding. States must use this money to add to their existing programs that were running as of April 2021 and to make these services better and more available.
