Baby Food Tax Relief Act

This bill would stop the President from using emergency powers to place tariffs on baby food products like baby bottles, breast pumps, and baby formula coming into the United States. It would also require the President to remove any tariffs on these items that are already in place under those emergency powers. On top of that, the bill says the President cannot use other powers to put similar tariffs on these same baby food products.
