Sanction Russian Nuclear Safety Violators Act of 2025

This bill requires the President to put sanctions on foreign people who make the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant in Ukraine unsafe or who work against Ukraine's control of the plant. The sanctions would block these people from getting U.S. visas and freeze their property in America. The bill includes some exceptions, such as for providing humanitarian aid or helping Ukraine regain control of the power plant.
