No Russian Tunnel to Crimea Act

This bill requires the President to block visas and freeze property of foreign people who knowingly help build, maintain, or fix tunnels or bridges connecting mainland Russia to the Crimean Peninsula. The bill includes some exceptions, such as for humanitarian aid or meeting international obligations. The President can also waive these sanctions if it's in U.S. national security interests.
