MACH Act

This bill allows NASA to create a research program to help test very fast aircraft and related technologies. NASA must make a plan for this research and work with the Department of Defense and Federal Aviation Administration. Under this program, NASA cannot pay for developing these high-speed technologies or make agreements with certain foreign countries including China, Iran, North Korea, or Russia.
