Protecting Air Ambulance Services for Americans Act of 2025

This bill allows Medicare to change how much it pays for air ambulance services based on data it collects. The bill lets Medicare use this data to adjust payment rates and requires air ambulance providers to specifically report their Medicare costs and usage. It also requires a government office to study the collected data and recommend changes to Medicare payment rates.
