ENFORCE Act

This bill makes it easier for the federal government to go after people involved in child pornography by covering more types of offenses, including cases where images of real, identifiable children are altered or modified. It increases criminal penalties for producing or distributing such images. The bill also expands federal enforcement against people who possess, receive, distribute, or produce obscene visual depictions of the sexual abuse of children.
