Federal Agency Sunset Commission Act of 2025

This bill would create a Federal Agency Sunset Commission that must make a schedule for reviewing and potentially eliminating every federal agency and advisory committee. Each agency would be automatically shut down unless Congress votes to keep it, and every agency must be reviewed at least once every 12 years. The commission would study how well each agency works and whether it's still needed, then recommend to Congress whether each agency should be eliminated, reorganized, or continued. The bill also sets up a fast-track process for Congress to vote on these recommendations.
