Connected MOM Act

This bill requires the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to create a report about how Medicaid covers remote health monitoring devices like blood glucose monitors and related services. The agency must also provide resources to help states with this coverage. The goal is to improve health outcomes for pregnant women and new mothers and their children.
