To amend the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946 to direct the Secretary of Agriculture to establish a program under which the Secretary will award grants to specialty crop producers to acquire certain equipment and provide training with respect to the use of such equipment.

This bill creates a grant program to help commercial specialty crop producers buy equipment and get training. The money must be used for machines or automated systems that make work more efficient or reduce the need for human labor, such as low-dust harvesting tools, sorting machines, and crop monitoring equipment. Producers who get grants must pay for at least half the cost themselves.
