Prevent Government Shutdowns Act of 2025

This bill would automatically keep the government funded if Congress doesn't pass spending bills before the new budget year starts. It would provide the same amount of money that was spent the year before to keep government programs and activities running. The bill also sets limits on official travel, congressional breaks, and considering non-spending related laws if the budget process isn't finished on time.
