Kari's Law Reporting Act

This bill requires the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to publish a report on how well a law called Kari's Law is being followed. Kari's Law says that phone systems with multiple lines, like those in hotels or offices, must be set up so people can dial 9-1-1 directly without having to press any extra numbers first. The report must explain how well phone system makers and sellers are following this rule, what problems they may be having, and whether any changes to rules or new laws are needed.
