No Federal Funds for Cashless Bail Act

This bill says that state and local governments cannot receive certain federal law enforcement grant money if they have laws or policies that mostly get rid of cash bail for people charged with crimes considered dangerous to public safety. The crimes covered include violent or sexual offenses like burglary, murder, and rape, as well as crimes that cause public disorder, like looting or vandalism.
