FAITH in Small Business Act

This bill would let certain faith-based organizations apply for Small Business Administration loans and disaster assistance programs. Currently, SBA rules generally don't allow organizations that mainly teach or counsel about religion to get these loans. The bill would change this by implementing a proposed SBA rule that gives these religious organizations access to business loans and disaster help programs.
