To repeal the Second Chance Amendment Act of 2022 and the Incarceration Reduction Amendment Act of 2016.

This bill would undo several laws in Washington, D.C. It would remove expanded rules that let people seal or erase their criminal records and would bring back mandatory minimum sentences and life imprisonment without parole for people who were under 18 when they committed a crime. It would also get rid of automated traffic cameras used to catch drivers breaking traffic rules, end fines for vehicle owners caught by those cameras, and remove the ban on making right turns at red lights on D.C. streets. Additionally, it would stop requirements for police and corrections departments to share certain records and access related to youth crime reporting.
