Improving Social Security’s Service to Victims of Identity Theft Act

This bill requires the Social Security Administration to give people whose Social Security numbers have been stolen or misused a single person or team to work with. This contact person or team must be specially trained, follow the person's case until it's finished, and work with other parts of the Social Security Administration to fix problems as quickly as possible.
