Expanding Childcare in Rural America Act of 2025

This bill would require the Department of Agriculture to create a new program called the Expanding Childcare in Rural America Initiative. The program would give priority to certain loans and grants that help improve the availability, quality, or cost of childcare and early education for young children in rural and farming communities. Communities in counties that depend heavily on farming would get extra priority, and the benefits would be spread out across different parts of the country. The Department of Agriculture would also have to study how well the program is working and report the results to Congress.
