Enhancing Administrative Reviews for Broadband Deployment Act

This bill requires the Department of the Interior and the Forest Service to study and report on what's slowing down the review process when companies or others ask for permission to build or change communication equipment—like cell towers or other transmission devices—on public lands or national forests. The study must also look at whether more staff are needed to handle these requests in a timely way.
