No Foreign Gifts Act of 2025

This bill would stop colleges and universities from getting federal education money if they accept gifts from China, Russia, North Korea, Iran, or countries that the State Department says have supported terrorist groups. Schools would also have to report any offers of gifts from these countries to keep getting federal funding.
