Protecting Free Vaccines Act

This bill requires Medicare, Medicaid, CHIP, and private health insurance companies to cover certain vaccines at no cost to patients. The vaccines that must be covered are those that were recommended by a CDC advisory committee as of October 25, 2024. This requirement would last until January 1, 2030.
