Aviation Funding Stability Act of 2025

This bill would automatically provide funding to the Federal Aviation Administration if Congress hasn't passed a regular budget for the FAA when a new fiscal year starts. The funding would come from the Airport and Airway Trust Fund and would continue programs at the same spending level as the previous year. This automatic funding would last until either Congress passes a regular budget or 30 days after the funding gap begins, whichever comes first.
