Dismantle Foreign Scam Syndicates Act

This bill requires the President to place sanctions on foreign individuals or groups that are responsible for online financial scams targeting Americans. These sanctions can include blocking their property and financial transactions in the United States. The bill also requires the President to create a task force made up of multiple government agencies to shut down large overseas criminal operations that use forced labor and human trafficking to run mass online scams against Americans. The task force must send Congress a plan for fighting these scam operations and follow up with yearly reports, and the State Department is allowed to provide care and support services for people who were trafficked and forced to work in these scam centers.
