HEALTH Act of 2025

This bill changes Medicare rules for telehealth services. It allows Medicare to cover phone-only telehealth visits, not just video calls. The bill also permanently lets federally qualified health centers and rural health clinics provide telehealth services to patients in other locations without geographic limits. Medicare must pay for these telehealth services the same way it pays for in-person visits.
