POJA Act of 2025

This bill makes it illegal for employers to sort, separate, or treat job applicants differently because of their age. It also requires the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, which is the government agency that handles workplace discrimination complaints, to study and write a report about age discrimination complaints it receives from people applying for jobs.
