Veterans Collaboration Act

This bill requires the Department of Veterans Affairs to create a two-year test program that encourages partnerships between the VA and nonprofit groups and colleges. The program would promote partnerships between veterans service organizations that have trained staff to help veterans with legal problems and law schools that provide free legal help to veterans.
