Eliminate Shutdowns Act

This bill would automatically provide government funding to prevent shutdowns when Congress hasn't passed spending bills on time. If regular spending bills aren't approved before the new fiscal year starts, the government would keep running using the same funding levels from the previous year. This would continue programs and activities that were already being funded.
