Secret Service Prioritization Act of 2025

This bill would move most of the Secret Service's crime investigation duties to the FBI. The Secret Service would no longer investigate crimes like counterfeiting money, computer fraud, identity theft, or certain government-related crimes. The Secret Service would only keep the job of investigating threats against the President, Vice President, former Presidents, and certain other officials.
