BLUE Pacific Act

This bill creates programs to strengthen relationships between the United States and Pacific Island countries like Fiji, Papua New Guinea, and the Marshall Islands. The bill allows the U.S. to help these countries with things like improving healthcare, education, disaster preparedness, internet access, and cybersecurity. It also requires certain government departments to help Pacific Island countries get development support from international organizations and expand U.S. business services in the region. The President would be allowed to give special diplomatic privileges to the Pacific Islands Forum, which is an organization of 18 Pacific countries.
