Prioritizing Offensive Agricultural Disputes and Enforcement Act

This bill creates a joint task force to find and address barriers that prevent U.S. farmers from selling their products to other countries. The task force would include workers from the Department of Agriculture and the U.S. Trade Representative's office. The task force must identify trade barriers that could be challenged through the World Trade Organization or other trade agreements, develop plans to enforce trade rules when other countries violate them, find partner countries to help with important trade disputes, and report to Congress regularly. The task force's first report must include a plan to challenge India's minimum price supports through the World Trade Organization's dispute process.
