Repeal the TikTok Ban Act

This bill would undo the current law that bans apps like TikTok that are controlled by certain foreign countries, including China, Russia, North Korea, and Iran. Right now, companies are not allowed to distribute, update, or host these apps unless the app's owners sell it so that a foreign adversary country no longer controls it. This bill would remove that ban entirely and cancel any official labels that have already been placed on apps calling them foreign adversary controlled applications.
