Northern Mariana Islands and American Samoa Criminal Justice Support Act

This bill changes how federal criminal justice grant money is split between American Samoa and the Northern Mariana Islands. Right now, they are treated as one state and have to share a single grant, with American Samoa getting 67% and the Northern Mariana Islands getting 33%. Under this bill, each territory would be treated as its own state, meaning each one would receive its own full share of grant money instead of splitting one.
