To provide for interim appropriations for the District of Columbia courts and related agencies with respect to any fiscal year for which appropriations are not otherwise provided for such courts and agencies.

This bill would provide funding to keep Washington D.C. courts and related justice agencies running during government shutdowns. When Congress hasn't passed regular funding bills, these D.C. courts and agencies would continue getting money to operate their programs. The funding would go to D.C. courts, public defenders, probation services, and other justice-related offices in Washington D.C.
