Improving Access to Institutional Mental Health Care Act

This bill would remove rules that usually stop Medicaid from paying for mental health care in certain facilities for people under 65 years old. Right now, states can sometimes get payment for these services through special approval processes, but this bill would make it easier by removing the restrictions entirely.
