ACPAC Modernization Act

This bill would add a ticket agent representative to a federal advisory committee that gives advice on improving airline customer service. Right now, the committee includes representatives from airlines, airports, state or local governments, and consumer protection groups, but no one specifically representing ticket agents. The change would give ticket agents a seat at the table when the Department of Transportation considers ways to better protect airline customers.
