Colorectal Cancer Payment Fairness Act

This bill would remove the requirement for Medicare patients to pay a portion of the costs for colorectal cancer screening tests. Currently, Medicare patients may have to pay some costs out of pocket for these tests, but this bill would eliminate those payments regardless of what medical codes are used for any diagnosis or procedure that results from the screening.
