No Pay for Disarray Act

This bill would stop or delay pay for Members of Congress during government shutdowns. Until the November 2026 election, any salary that Members earn during a shutdown would be held and not given to them until the end of the 119th Congress. After the November 2026 election, Members would not be paid at all for any days when the government is shut down.
